Work Responsibilities:- Supervising employee and teacher scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflows. Providing timely and constructive feedback for performance evaluations. Recruiting and interviewing qualified candidates for vacant positions, working with department heads to identify necessary skills and qualifications. Conducting background checks and verifying employee eligibility. Organising new hire orientation and employee recognition initiatives. Carrying out routine tasks essential for managing human resource programs, which encompass compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, disputes, performance, talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development. Addressing employment-related questions from applicants, employees, and supervisors, and directing complex or sensitive issues to the proper staff. Participating in employee disciplinary hearings, terminations, and investigations. Monitoring, reviewing, and documenting adherence to mandatory and voluntary training, continuing education, and work assessments, including safety and anti-harassment training, as well as professional licenses and certification exams. Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, alongside recommended best practices; periodically assessing policies to uphold compliance. Staying informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and innovations in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Executing other assigned responsibilities. Required Skills/Abilities:- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication capabilities. Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution proficiencies. Remarkable organisational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding time management abilities, accompanied by a proven record of meeting deadlines. Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Competence in prioritising tasks and delegating them appropriately. Commitment to acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Comprehensive understanding of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software. Ability to quickly acquire proficiency in the organisation's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and talent management systems. Employee Specifications:- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
