About Us

HR Generalist


Role Overview

As an HR Generalist at Fictivebox, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will work closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in hiring for IT, digital marketing, and support roles.
  • Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
  • Conduct smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Resolve grievances and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Performance Management

  • Support appraisal cycles and feedback systems.
  • Track employee performance metrics in coordination with managers.
  • Identify training and development needs.
  • HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HRIS, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave, and attendance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Policy & Culture Development

  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
  • Promote Fictivebox’s values and culture across the organization.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance.
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
