Project Coordinator - IT Operations

We are Hiring: Project Coordinator – IT Operations

• Take daily follow-ups with development, design, and QA teams to track project progress and task completion.
• Draft and manage professional email communication, including client responses, follow-ups, and escalation messages, in consultation with the Top Management.
• Assist in preparing proposals, scope of work documents, and presentations for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely updates.
• Maintain detailed documentation for project activities, pending actions, and key discussions.
• Support in preparing reports, MOMs, and other project-related summaries as required.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Good understanding of software development processes and IT operations.
• Familiarity with project management collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
• Experience in IT project coordination or client communication will be preferred.
