Project Manager Responsibilities We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of our enterprise ERP platform. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing end-to-end ERP lifecycles, handling cross-functional teams, and overseeing structured release management (versioning, staging, Responsibilities : Lead ERP implementation projects across various business units (HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, etc.). Plan and execute release cycles, version control, and coordinated deployment strategies. Define and maintain a project roadmap, including feature planning and delivery timelines. Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps for build validation and production rollout. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align them with technical deliverables. Ensure smooth communication between functional and technical teams. Track project KPIs (budget, timelines, scope adherence). Create and maintain all relevant documentation: BRDs, release notes, user manuals, etc. Manage user training, change requests, and post-deployment : 5+ years of ERP project management experience (custom ERP or platforms like SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics). Proven experience in version/release management of software or ERP systems. Sound knowledge of ERP modules like Finance, HR, Store, Production, Procurement, and Accounts. Hands-on experience using project tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project). Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/PMI certification is a plus). Strong documentation, analytical, and risk management skills. Excellent communication and team leadership Skills : Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for release automation.
