Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage human resource programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, benefits, and employee relations.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding documentation is complete.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role or related human resources function.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
