Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Generalist located in Gurugram. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee relations
• Skills in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
• Competence in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software is a plus
