Role: HR Generalist 📍 Location: Bengaluru 💼 Type: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding (junior to leadership roles) Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures Handle employee lifecycle : onboarding, confirmation, documentation, and exits Manage attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance Drive employee engagement, HR communication, and performance review cycles Work closely with CXOs on people strategy and organization development Requirements 2–8 years of HR Generalist experience Minimum 2 years in real estate/construction Minimum 2 years in a startup or fast-paced environment Strong understanding of HR operations, Recruitment & Employee lifecycle managment Excellent communication, ownership mindset & problem-solving skills Proficiency in HRMS tools and Excel Why Join Us Direct exposure to CXOs and leadership Freedom to innovate, build, and lead HR processes High-learning, high-impact role in a fast-growing, tech-driven company Culture that rewards initiative, learning, and excellence Renumeration & benefits as per industry standards
