Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  — from sourcing to onboarding (junior to leadership roles)

• Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures

• Handle

  employee lifecycle

  : onboarding, confirmation, documentation, and exits
• Manage

  attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance

• Drive

  employee engagement, HR communication, and performance review cycles

• Work closely with

  CXOs

  on people strategy and organization development

Requirements

• 2–8 years of HR Generalist experience

• Minimum 2 years in real estate/construction

• Minimum 2 years in a startup or fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of HR operations, Recruitment & Employee lifecycle managment
• Excellent communication, ownership mindset & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Excel
