Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and benefits administration. This role involves closely working with various departments to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment and support the strategic goals of the organization.

• Recruitment, Sourcing, and Onboarding skills
• Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development and Benefits Administration skills
• Knowledge of HR Compliance and Employment Laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the technology or eCommerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
