As a Human Resource Generalist (Employee Relations Specialist) at IntouchCX, your role is crucial in fostering positive employee relations to support the organization's operational goals and objectives for overall success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage internal inquiries with stakeholders promptly to maintain positive relationships - Assist operations in performance management processes and discussions - Engage in meetings with operations to support goals and objectives - Handle employee requests for various leaves and accommodation requests - Address and resolve Employee Relations issues and concerns - Administer policies - Conduct investigations on employee concerns - Execute special projects and other HR duties as assigned - Manage general office administration **Qualifications Required:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Secondary education in Human Resources, CPHR/CPHR Candidate/SHRM Designation preferred - 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders - Proficient in analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Demonstrate good listening, patience, and collaboration skills - Ability to self-manage daily duties in a dynamic environment - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and timeliness - Service-oriented with a focus on client needs - Innovative thinking and ability to think outside the box,
