Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Type: Full-Time

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai

Work Type: On-Site

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)


Note: Candidates must carry their own laptops daily for work.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (internship experience may be considered if highly relevant).


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools is an advantage.
  • People-oriented with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain a positive workplace environment by addressing employee queries and resolving concerns effectively.
  • College & Institutional Tie-Ups: Build and manage relationships with colleges for internship and fresher hiring opportunities.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Execute smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture.
  • Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Support: Assist in tracking employee performance and support appraisal processes.
  • Operational HR Tasks: Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance management, and administrative requirements.
