Roles & Responsibilities

📦 Manage and monitor daily orders, logistics, and inventory flow

📈 Prepare reports on product sales, marketing performance, and customer data

🔍 Analyze financial metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for growth

📊 Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock audits

🚚 Coordinate influencer product launches, deliveries, and shipping timelines

💼 Oversee payment gateway status and last-mile delivery issues

📁 Assist in tax-related documentation and compliance filings

🧠 Propose and implement efficiency strategies for smoother operations

Requirements

✅ Graduated or undergraduate students

✅ Interest in operations, logistics, and finance

✅ Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting principles

✅ Strong analytical and communication skills

✅ Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

Bonus if you have:

➕ Prior internship or freelance experience in ops, admin, or accounts

➕ Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Tally, or Shopify
