What You’ll Work On

Order Fulfilment (Primary Responsibility)

• Process daily online and offline orders
• Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
• Ensure correct product selection, packaging, and labelling
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain real-time inventory records (incoming, outgoing, damaged, returned stock)
• Assist with stock audits and reconciliation
• Track SKU-level inventory across categories
• Flag low-stock items and support reordering
• Maintain accuracy between physical stock and system records

Warehouse & Packaging Coordination

• Organise stock storage for easy access and minimal damage
• Maintain packaging material inventory (boxes, ribbons, inserts, etc.)
• Ensure packaging standards meet eternals luxury quality benchmarks

Process & Operations Support

• Assist in creating SOPs for order processing and inventory management
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Support operations during peak seasons (festive & wedding periods)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Basic understanding of inventory or logistics (training will be provided)
• Ability to work on-ground and coordinate with vendors
• Reliable, disciplined, and process-oriented
• Willingness to handle physical inventory responsibly

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience in operations, warehouse, or supply chain roles
• Familiarity with Shopify or order management systems
• Understanding of courier platforms and shipping workflows
