About the Role

Satya Tech is seeking a high-integrity, disciplined Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Team Oversight & Accountability:

  Monitor daily activity, attendance, and output of the Surat team to ensure 100% policy compliance.

• Productivity Auditing:

  Implement and manage time-tracking and project management tools to eliminate inefficiencies and unauthorized activities.

• Process Engineering:

  Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows between global offices.

• Performance Management:

  Conduct regular performance reviews and address policy violations or productivity gaps with firm disciplinary action.

• Strategic Reporting:

  Provide the CEO with detailed weekly audits on team integrity, project milestones, and resource allocation.

• Recruitment & Training:

  Oversee the hiring and onboarding of high-quality talent to strengthen the local team’s capabilities.

• Communication Bridge:

  Facilitate clear, transparent, and professional communication between all staff and global leadership.

Requirements

• Experience:

  Recent graduate or final year student with a strong backbone and analytical mindset.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Technical Mastery:

  Advanced proficiency in Project Management software, Monitoring tools, and Microsoft 365, Google workspace & Zoho products.

• Character:

  Proven track record of handling sensitive situations with firm ethics and no-nonsense discipline.

• Communication:

  Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) is mandatory for reporting to the Global office.

• Analytical Skills:

  Ability to interpret data and logs to identify "red flags" in employee behavior or output.
