Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Intern
to support day-to-day operational tasks and help improve internal processes. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing startup actually runs behind the scenes.
Internship Details
- Compensation: Paid internship with a competitive monthly stipend of INR 20,000. Exact stipend will be finalized based on candidate experience, location, and prevailing company policy and will be confirmed in the offer letter.
- Duration: Typical internship length is 6 months, with the possibility to extend based on performance and business needs.
- Start date and notice: Start date is flexible but ideally within 1–2 weeks of offer acceptance. Please indicate your availability in your application.
- Conversion criteria: Conversion to a full-time role is possible and based on a formal evaluation process. Key criteria include: consistent high performance against defined KPIs/projects, timely delivery of assigned work, demonstration of ownership and collaboration, positive feedback from mentors/managers, reliable attendance, and alignment with team needs. Conversion reviews are typically held at the end of the initial 6-month period; any conversion offer will depend on business requirements and is not guaranteed.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily operational activities across teams
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Help manage basic finance/operations processes like follow-ups, tracking, and closures
- Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements
- Support the team with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed
