🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our inventory planning, forecasting, and reporting systems. You’ll work closely with the founder and operations team to ensure we maintain optimal stock levels while scaling efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, systems, and turning data into clear insights.

🛠️ Responsibilities

•Assist in maintaining and updating inventory tracking systems

•Help forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends and demand

•Prepare regular inventory reports (stock levels, inflow/outflow, aging inventory)

•Track supplier shipments and support restocking timelines

•Identify potential stock risks (overstock / stock-outs)

•Support process improvements for inventory and operations workflows

•Coordinate with marketing and fulfillment teams for demand planning

•Students or fresh graduates in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related fields

•Strong attention to detail and structured thinking

•Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, reports, tracking)

•Interest in D2C operations, supply chain, or business analytics

•Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment
