Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases. Helping in onboarding and induction of new hires. Supporting the HR team in drafting HR policies , letters, and official documents. Assisting in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination . Handling basic employee queries and forwarding them to the HR team where needed. Helping organize employee engagement activities and events. Coordinating with different departments for smooth HR operations. Preparing reports and presentations as required by the HR team.
