HR Internship

We are currently providing HR Internship.

Duration- 6 months

Stipend- 5k per month

Location- IT Park, Dehradun

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Helping in onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Supporting the HR team in drafting HR policies, letters, and official documents.
• Assisting in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Handling basic employee queries and forwarding them to the HR team where needed.
• Helping organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinating with different departments for smooth HR operations.
• Preparing reports and presentations as required by the HR team.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,038.14 per month

Work Location: In person
