Manage and maintain statutory compliance for the organization as per labor laws. Handle end-to-end processes related to EPFO (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance) . Ensure timely filing and submission of statutory returns and registers (EPFO, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.). Liaise with government departments for inspections, audits, and compliance matters. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to statutory compliance. Coordinate with payroll for statutory deductions and contributions.
