Key Responsibilities

Website Content

• Write and optimise product titles, descriptions, and collection pages
• Craft brand stories, gifting narratives, and campaign copy
• Maintain consistency in tone, language, and luxury positioning
• Collaborate with design & operations teams to align content with packaging and products

LinkedIn Content

• Create content targeting

• Write brand-building posts, campaign announcements, and case-study style content
• Help position ETERNA as a premium, reliable gifting partner for businesses

Social Media Content

• Conceptualise storytelling formats (unboxing, gifting moments, lifestyle narratives)
• Assist with basic content creation (shoot planning, shot lists, scripting)
• Ensure social content aligns with Eterna’s visual and verbal identity

Content Strategy & Planning

• Work with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars
• Repurpose content across platforms without diluting luxury appeal
• Research trends in luxury, gifting, weddings, and décor

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in content writing or content creation
• Strong command over English with an eye for luxury tone and nuance
• Ability to adapt writing style across website, LinkedIn, and social platforms
• Understanding of D2C and B2B storytelling
• Basic familiarity with content tools (Canva, Google Docs, CMS tools)
• Strong sense of brand, aesthetics, and storytelling flow

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience with luxury, lifestyle, home décor, or gifting brands
• Photography or video scripting experience
• SEO basics for website content
• Experience working with designers and marketing teams
