What you'll do ?

• Build, plan, and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Create and post engaging content including reels, stories, carousels, and static posts.
• Stay updated on trends to pitch fresh content ideas and formats.
• Collaborate with design and performance marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Write compelling captions that align with brand tone and audience expectations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, saves, shares, engagement rate).
• Assist in handling queries, comments, and DM interactions professionally.

What are we looking for ?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing brand social media pages.
• Experienced in working with Digital Marketing Agency.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and current content trends.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience working with creatives (designers, videographers, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience working in a B2B or influencer-focused setup.
