Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kadappakada, Kollam for a Human Resources Executive. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Ability to develop, implement, and manage HR Policies effectively
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
