Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. The role requires hands-on execution, coordination with multiple departments, and the ability to manage HR processes in a fast-paced real estate environment.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Site, Marketing, Finance, and Operations roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring approvals.
  • Manage onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and HR orientation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, and increment letters.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance data, and leave records with payroll teams.
  • Manage exits, resignations, notice period tracking, and full & final settlements.

3. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Support implementation of HR policies (leave, probation, code of conduct, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with consultants/vendors for compliance-related documentation.

4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

  • Support performance appraisal processes and review cycles.
  • Track probation reviews and confirmation timelines.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary processes.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

5. Real Estate–Specific HR Support

  • Support hiring and HR operations for site teams and sales teams.
  • Assist in managing contractual staff, brokers, and third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate HR requirements for project launches and site mobilization.
  • Maintain incentive, commission, and target-linked payout records (sales roles).

6. HR Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare HR MIS reports: headcount, hiring status, attrition, leave records.
  • Maintain HR dashboards using Excel / HRMS.
  • Share regular HR updates with management.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Working knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Educational Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • HR certifications are an added advantage.
