Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding). Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee database. Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and HR policies. Coordinate payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Draft and communicate official letters, notices, and circulars in clear English. Requirements: Graduate (MBA in HR preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in HR role. Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken). Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment portals, payroll and MS Office. Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
