Richman Fincap Limited is looking for a dynamic professional to lead our Customer Grievance, RBI Compliance, and Collections operations.🔎 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end customer grievances as the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO).Ensure full compliance with RBI guidelines & Fair Practices Code.Coordinate with regulatory bodies, prepare reports & manage audits.Lead and monitor collections performance, drive recovery strategies, and ensure ethical & compliant collections.Work closely with operations, legal, credit & risk teams for quick resolutions.🎯 Requirements5–8 years’ NBFC/BFSI experience in grievances, compliance, or collections.Strong understanding of RBI regulations & customer fairness norms.Excellent communication, problem-solving & team-management skills.
