Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gold Loan Manager for an on-site, full-time role located in Delhi, India. The Gold Loan Manager will be responsible for overseeing gold loan operations, including business development, customer relationship management, loan processing, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory norms. The role involves promoting gold loan products, evaluating customers' eligibility, monitoring repayment schedules, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels while achieving business targets.
