Job Description

HR Recruitment Executive Location: Kozhikode, Kerala Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager/Director Date: 17-12-2024 Time: 3:30pm Platform: Zoom Job Summary: The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This role will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Update Job Descriptions : Work with hiring managers to create or update job descriptions and requirements. Source Candidates : Use various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen Applications : Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct Interviews : Schedule and conduct initial phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews. Coordinate with Hiring Managers : Assist hiring managers in the recruitment process, providing them with qualified candidates and helping to schedule interviews. Job Offers : Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating terms and conditions of employment. Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Recruitment Metrics : Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and applicant-to-hire ratios. Technology Utilization : Use HR software to manage and track candidate information and recruitment processes. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networking Key Competencies: Attention to Detail : Ability to meticulously review candidate applications and documentation. Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Proactiveness : Demonstrated initiative in identifying and addressing recruitment needs. Ethical Practice : Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in recruitment processes. Working Conditions: Vibrant office environment. Some travel may be required to attend job fairs or networking events.
