Job Offers : Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating terms and conditions of employment. Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Recruitment Metrics : Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and applicant-to-hire ratios. Technology Utilization : Use HR software to manage and track candidate information and recruitment processes. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
