Human Resources Executive

Recruitment & Staffing-

· Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

· Ensure positions are filled within defined timelines.

· Maintain candidate pipeline and database.

Employee Onboarding & Induction-

· Facilitate smooth joining formalities and documentation.

· Conduct induction/orientation sessions.

· Ensure compliance with HR policies during onboarding.

· HR Operations & Compliance

· Maintain employee records and HRIS data.

· Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws).

· Support payroll processing with accurate inputs.

Performance Management-

· Assist in goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and performance reviews.

· Track employee performance and support managers in feedback processes.

Employee Engagement & Retention-

· Organize employee welfare, engagement, and cultural activities.

· Conduct surveys to track employee satisfaction.

· Work on retention initiatives to reduce attrition.

Training & Development-

· Identify training needs with department heads.

· Coordinate internal and external training programs.

· Track effectiveness of training sessions.

Policy Implementation & Grievance Handling-

· Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.

· Assist in handling grievances and disciplinary actions.

· Promote healthy employee relations.

HR Reporting & Analytics-

· Generate reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and attendance.

· Provide insights for management decision-making.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent diploma in Human Resource Management.

Experience:

· 2–5 years in HR operations/recruitment.
