Role Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Lead

   end-to-end recruitment

   : sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Manage

   employee lifecycle

   : onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation.
3. Support

   payroll & compliance

   (attendance, leaves, PF, ESI, TDS).
4. Drive

   employee engagement

   and support performance management cycles.
5. Partner with teams to create a great workplace experience.

Requirements

1. 2–4 years of hands-on HR experience across recruitment, payroll, and engagement.
2. Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
3. Excellent people skills – approachable, empathetic, and solution-driven.
4. A self-starter who thrives in a
