Role Overview: As an HR & IT Manager, you will manage human resources and oversee IT operations. Your role will ensure smooth workforce management, digital transformation, and efficient integration of HR technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement: Manage recruitment, employee engagement, and performance evaluations. Drive employee development and satisfaction initiatives. 2. HR Compliance & Automation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and international certifications. Oversee HR digitalization and integration with HR automation tools. 3. IT Infrastructure & ERPNext Implementation: Lead the implementation and maintenance of ERPNext and IT infrastructure. Ensure the security of IT systems and oversee IT security measures. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to optimize workforce management and technology integration. Who Should Apply Experience: 2+ years in HR and IT management, preferably in manufacturing/export sectors. Strong knowledge of HR automation and ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
