• Support end-to-end HR and operational processes.
• Maintain and update employee records as assigned.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communication.
• Handle employee grievances with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure smooth night-shift office operations.
• Manage office supplies inventory and procurement as required.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers (housekeeping, security, etc.).
• Uphold compliance with safety and facility standards during night hours..
• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (domestic and international) for employees, including flights, accommodation, transport, and visa processing.
• Track travel expenses and maintain accurate records in coordination with finance.
• Ensure travel bookings are in line with company policy and cost-effective.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related support during night shift.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and vendors. Key Skills & Competencies:
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
• Any bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, travel desk, or operations, with exposure to both administrative and travel desk functions
• Prior experience working in a fixed night shift environment is an added advantage.
