Industrial Estate, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641005 - 100% On-Site (WFO) Business Analyst: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore . The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management. Experience or exposure to Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Convert business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Assist in the creation of user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with business and technical teams. Collaborate with the development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure the delivery aligns with business needs. Participate in or support QA/testing processes such as test case creation, UAT planning, and defect tracking. Provide support during implementation and post-deployment activities. Required Skills: 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, software, SaaS / Service based companies. Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar platforms. Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements. Exposure to or involvement in QA/testing phases – knowledge of test case writing, testing methodologies, or UAT support is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or any QA-related certifications are an added advantage. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is an added advantage. Why Join Us?
