Industrial Estate, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641005 - 100% On-Site (WFO) Product Manager: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of Enriched Real Estate. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, drive product strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enriched Real Estate. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to deliver high-quality product features. Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Monitor product performance using analytics, user feedback, and KPIs, and iterate on product improvements. Lead product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in real estate and property data. Collaboration with Marketing, Software and business. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Product / Service, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or data-driven platform. Strong understanding of real estate data, property records, and market dynamics. Experience with agile development methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics). Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale data platforms or property data solutions. Familiarity with product placement and geo locations.
