Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Specialist - Human Resource at Techjays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management and excellent analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes.
