Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources and a desire to develop their skills and expertise in the HR field. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our HR operations.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews.  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.  
• Assist in payroll processing and leave management activities.  
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management processes.  
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.  
• Prepare and draft HR-related letters, documents, and correspondence.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.  
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement and organizational development.  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.  
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred but not mandatory).  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.  
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
