Resident Construction Engineer (PMC)

Responsibilities

• Supervision, inspection, verification, certification, vetting and measurement of all required materials & works at construction site.
• Preparation of budgetary estimate/ technical estimate as per the concept note provided by client.
• Assisting client officials in preparation and finalization of tender document.
• Verification of material invoices , material test reports /certificates, approved makes , field tests, dispatch clearance of fabricated structural steel canopy/other works from factory/workshop of contractor (which may be located anywhere within Maharashtra & neighbouring states), arranging laboratory tests & examining its results & implementing corrective measures etc complete.
• Checking of construction drawings as per client standards and clarification to contractor if required in consultation with client officials.
• Study of client work order issued to contractor and preparation of joint bar chart with contractor by targeting the completion within 85% of the stipulated time line and implementation of work at site as per bar chart. Making subsequent bar charts considering the slippage occurred if any.
• Preparation and review of QAP, WPS, PQR and its implementation at site.
• Preparation & Review of as- built drawings as per actual execution at site.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical with 5 years of experience in construction of Depots/Terminals/AFS/Lube Plants/LPG Plants/CFAs/RCDs / Buildings

Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical with 7 years of experience in construction of Depots/Terminals/AFS/Lube Plants/LPG Plants/CFAs/RCDs / Buildings

NDT Level-II is mandatory for Mechanical background candidates
