Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial, oil & gas or terminal infrastructure supervision.
• Diploma (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with a minimum of 9 years of experience in industrial, oil & gas or terminal infrastructure supervision.
• Must be conversant with various ASME/API standards, IS Codes, OISD Guidelines, and field execution protocols.
• ASNT Level II (UT, RT, DPT, MPT, VT)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as the nodal person coordinating between customer, site teams, contractors, and vendors for all project-related matters.
• Develop, update, and monitor project bar charts and implementation schedules.
• Follow-up with contractors and vendors to expedite delivery schedules, data submissions, and ensure timely approvals.
• Monitor project cost estimates, scope deviations, and assist customers in raising Change Orders or cost justifications.
• Consolidate and verify vendor invoices and recommend timely payments after due validation.
• Assist customers in audit responses, arbitration, and documentation related to project progress, safety, and quality aspects.
• Coordinate procurement activities in staggered deliveries to ensure timely material availability across locations.
• Compile reports (weekly/monthly), maintain project MIS, and submit all documentation as per IOCL requirements.

Soft Skills & Tools:

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera.
• Experience with contract administration and multi-stakeholder coordination is essential
