Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator who can effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in project management or project coordination, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of project management tools. Experience in the fintech industry will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and reporting project deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring clarity on project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues or delays proactively.
• Prepare documentation including project plans, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update project management tools and dashboards regularly.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, etc.).
• A team player with a strong “get things done” attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle fast-paced environments.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,727.11 - ₹38,853.24 per month
