Job Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing government-funded projects from planning to execution. The role includes day-to-day coordination of project activities, ensuring timely implementation as per government guidelines, and maintaining effective communication with government departments, partners, stakeholders, and internal teams. The Project Coordinator will monitor project progress, maintain documentation, prepare reports and MIS, ensure compliance with all funding and reporting requirements, and support field teams to achieve project objectives within defined timelines and budgets. In addition to project coordination, the Project Coordinator should be capable of planning, organizing, and coordinating all types of Job Fairs, Rozgar Melas, Skill Melas, placement drives, awareness programs, and other related events. This includes coordination of venues, logistics, participants, employers, vendors, staff, and overall event execution. The role requires ensuring smooth on-ground management of events, adherence to timelines, and effective coordination with all stakeholders involved in the event activities.
