Job Title: HR Executive Company: Labonel Industry: Food & Beverage/ Hospitality/ HR Operations Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad (On-site) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM Experience Required: 1–2 years Salary: 3 LPA Reports to: Director About Labonel: Labonel is a Hyderabad-based premium bakery brand that has been delighting customers since 1995. With a strong focus on quality, service, and team culture, we are growing steadily and looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our expanding team and oversee daily HR operations. Role Overview: We are looking for an HR Executive with 1+ years of hands-on experience to assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, and day-to-day HR support. This is a generalist role suited for someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees Maintain employee files, records, and HR trackers (attendance, leaves, documents) Address employee queries related to HR processes and policies Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documents Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for monthly inputs Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of HR experience (preferred in F&B/ Hospitality/ Retail industry) Good understanding of basic HR processes and documentation Familiarity with applicant/attendance/leave tracking tools and MS Excel Strong communication and coordination skills Highly organized, with attention to detail What We Offer: Collaborative work environment in a premium food brand Opportunities to learn and grow across all HR verticals Exposure to structured HR operations and compliance
