With a strong focus on quality, service, and team culture, we are growing steadily and looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our expanding team and oversee daily HR operations.

Role Overview:

1+ years of hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain employee files, records, and HR trackers (attendance, leaves, documents)
• Address employee queries related to HR processes and policies
• Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documents
• Support compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Assist in planning employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for monthly inputs

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of HR experience (preferred in F&B/ Hospitality/ Retail industry)
• Good understanding of basic HR processes and documentation
• Familiarity with applicant/attendance/leave tracking tools and MS Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized, with attention to detail
