HR Executive – Krish-V Global Enterprises Pvt Ltd. 📍 Location: Bangalore, India 💼 Experience: 1-3 years ✍ Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and assisting with compliance and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Support Coordinate job postings and initial candidate screening Schedule interviews with relevant departments Maintain applicant tracking and follow-ups 2. Onboarding & Documentation Collect and verify joining documents Prepare offer letters, ID cards, and maintain personnel files Facilitate onboarding sessions and factory/site induction 3. Attendance & Leave Monitoring Update and monitor attendance systems Assist with monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, leaves) Maintain leave balances and generate reports 4. Compliance & Record Maintenance Assist in maintaining statutory records (PF, ESI, etc.) Ensure HR records are updated and compliant with audits 5. Employee Support & Engagement Help organize staff welfare activities and team-building events Address basic HR queries and escalate as needed Conduct periodic surveys to gather employee feedback Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Degree Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations or executive role Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) Good communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi Knowledge of HR software or payroll systems is a plus Ability to multitask and handle confidential data with integrity Show more Show less
