As a Business Development Professional specializing in interior fit-outs, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team located in Bengaluru-HBR Layout. Your responsibilities will include generating and qualifying leads utilizing various channels such as calls, emails, and networking. You will be responsible for scheduling and attending client meetings and site visits, as well as following up on leads, proposals, and negotiations. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners will be crucial, along with conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to tailor project offerings to meet client needs and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets will be key aspects of this role. For the Executive (Junior) position, a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in interior fit-outs, is required. Candidates applying for the Manager (Senior) role should have at least 5 years of experience in business development with a focus on interior fit-outs. A proven track record in sales, along with exemplary leadership and strategic planning skills, will be necessary for the senior position. Proficiency in English communication is essential for both roles.
