As a Business Development Professional in the Facilities department, you will have the opportunity to be part of our dynamic team based in Bengaluru-HBR Layout. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a recent graduate, this role offers a platform for you to establish and advance your career in business development within the Facility Management industry. Your main responsibilities will include generating and assessing leads via various channels such as calls, emails, and networking. You will be tasked with organizing and participating in client meetings as well as site visits. Following up on leads, proposals, and negotiations will be a crucial part of your role, along with nurturing and expanding relationships with clients and partners. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct market research to pinpoint potential business prospects and collaborate with internal teams to tailor project offerings to meet client requirements. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets is an essential objective for this role. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - For the Executive (Junior) position: a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within Facilities is preferred. - For the Manager (Senior) position: a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within Facilities is preferred. - Proficiency in English communication is a key requirement for this role.
