As a Business Development Professional in Facilities, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success for our company. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating and qualifying leads through various channels such as calls, emails, and networking. - Scheduling and attending client meetings and site visits to showcase our services. - Following up on leads, proposals, and negotiations to ensure a smooth sales process. - Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term partnerships. - Conducting thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities in the facility management sector. - Collaborating effectively with internal teams to align project offerings with the specific needs and requirements of clients. - Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the business. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - For Executive (Junior) position: 2+ years of experience in business development within the Facilities industry is preferred. - For Manager (Senior) position: 5+ years of experience in business development within the Facilities industry is preferred. - Proficiency in English communication is essential to effectively engage with clients and partners.
