Recruitment Support Coordinate job postings and initial candidate screening Schedule interviews with relevant departments Maintain applicant tracking and follow-ups 2. Onboarding & Documentation Collect and verify joining documents Prepare offer letters, ID cards, and maintain personnel files Facilitate onboarding sessions and factory/site induction 3. Attendance & Leave Monitoring Update and monitor attendance systems Assist with monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, leaves) Maintain leave balances and generate reports 4. Compliance & Record Maintenance Assist in maintaining statutory records (PF, ESI, etc.) Ensure HR records are updated and compliant with audits 5.
