HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

·        Maintain employee records, HR databases, and compliance documents.

·        Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.

·        Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention strategies.

·        Support performance appraisal processes and training programs.

·        Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

·        Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

·        1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

·        Strong knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, compliance, employee relations).

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

·        Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
