Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
  • Post and manage job openings on multiple platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and databases.
  • Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    6 months of experience

    in recruitment/HR.
  • Must have a

    personal laptop

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
