Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations including employee queries, documentation, and compliance.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
• Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
• Coordinate training and development activities as per organizational requirements.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
• Work closely with the HR team and management on various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role (preferably in the IT/tech industry).
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
