About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in the Human Resources field. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in HR policies, KPI frameworks, and end-to-end HR operations. In addition to HR management responsibilities, this role also includes assisting in conducting HR course classes, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to grow in both corporate HR practice and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies in alignment with company objectives.
• Design, track, and execute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across teams.
• Handle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR-related documentation.
• Assist in taking HR course classes and sharing practical insights with learners.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and maintain employee records.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in the HR domain.
• Strong knowledge of HR policy making and KPI design & execution.
• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and payroll management.
• Interest and ability to assist in training/HR classes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
